Before a Tenancy commences we recommend that the house is cleaned to a professional standard including steam cleaning of carpets and curtains. A Landlord may also wish to redecorate the property in between Tenancies to keep the property looking it's best.

 If you have a mortgage on the property it is notify the mortgage company that you intend to let the property and that you received approval from them. If the property is Leasehold, check the terms of the Lease for any stipulations that might affect letting the property.
