John Roberts & Co – Covid 19 Update & Policy:

We continue to monitor Government guidelines and have put in place measures to maintain and protect the safety of all of our clients, customers and our staff.  

Whilst our sales and lettings operations have been working remotely and maintaining communication and service levels to the highest level possible, we are now in a position to conduct market appraisals and viewings.

Our offices have been modified and policy is in place to create a safe working environment for our staff and at this stage we confirm that all office visits are by appointment only.

We request that all our clients and customers adhere to the following policy:

John Roberts & Co - Policy for appointments and meetings away from the office:

·         Only two people may view at any one time.

·         Social distancing of 2m must be adhered to throughout all appointments.

·         No children to accompany a viewing.

·         PPE to be worn for all visits. (Gloves and a protective face mask as a minimum requirement).

·         No contact to be made with the property. Please do not open doors, touch surfaces, switches, taps etc.

·         Occupiers to open doors and present the property ready for viewings prior to the viewing.

·         Occupiers to vacate the property for all viewings.

·         All of our staff will be wearing the appropriate PPE and will use the appropriate product to cleanwhere contact with the property has been absolutely necessary.
