RENT COLLECTION SERVICE

 

This is a less expensive option with the initial marketing and other essential services undertaken by us plus the collection of rent. Any issues arising during the letting period are the responsibility of the landlord. This service includes:    

 

  • Collect rent from the tenant monthly and pay into landlord's account  
    Prepare full details of the property including detailed floor plans plus interior and exterior photos 
  • Advertising on property portals such as Rightmove and in property publications  
  • Negotiate the tenancy and carry out referencing on prospective
  • Tenants using an independent Referencing agency 
  • Prepare the Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements.  
  • Submit the tenant's deposit to the Deposit Protection Scheme at no charge 
  • Arrange for an independent Inventory clerk to prepare an Inventory & check the Tenants in   
  • Transfer the Utilities into the tenants name 
  • Collect rent from the tenant monthly by Standing Order and pay into the landlord's account 
  • Serve any relevant notices and arranged extensions to the lease as required 
  • Deal with tax liability for landlords who live overseas
